Big Carp Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange it or make a refund, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances the return postage will be met by the customer.

We will always process returns as quickly as possible, please allow 14 days from receipt of the return.

Force Majeure
Big Carp Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery is not in our control and Big Carp Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order on the same day you place it with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by email at info@bigcarp.com or, liz@bigcarp.com. Alternatively, you can phone us on 0118 341685 – leave a message if no reply and we will return your call.

Note that all our boilies are freshly rolled to order and most orders will be rolled and prepared the day following receipt of the order. Once an order has been started we are unable to make a refund.
